- Your Customers' Information (Contact Data): We store data about your customers that you upload to the system to send messages and create campaigns, such as names, phone numbers, and any custom data fields you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your customers to provide this information to us for processing.
- Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and in-app activity (like campaign creation or message sending).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services (WhatsApp & SMS messaging).
- Process credit top-up transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
- Manage your account, provide customer support, and respond to your requests.
- Send you service updates, security alerts, and promotional messages (you can opt-out).
- Monitor campaign performance and message delivery to ensure service quality.
